Answer:
Yes of course. For an additional fee of £5, including post and packaging, I can provide a gift voucher including all the information needed. Please contact me for more details.

"What service do you use when posting a Memento?"
Answer:
If / when posting a Memento I use Royal Mail UK Special Delivery Guaranteed. This service is recommended by the post office for valuable items. View the service: Special Delivery Guaranteed.

"How can I place an order?"
Answer:
Please contact me with your choice of memento and ideas for decoration. We can then discuss your options and I can give you a quote.

"When do I pay?"
Answer:
Once we have confirmed your memento, I will issue you an invoice for payment. Payment is made via bank transfer. No deposit is required.

"How long does a Memento take?"
Answer:
Your memento should be complete in approx. 8-12 weeks.

"How do you ensure my materials do not get mixed up with someone else's?"
Answer:
Taking pride in my work, I direct my full attention and care to only one ash order at a time. My work follows health and safety regulations at all times and has been assessed and certified by the Faculty Research Ethics and Governance Committee (FREGC). I follow a full ethical structure ensuring my work is executed and created in an appropriate manner.

"Where / how are the Mementos made?"
Answer:
Each memento is meticulously hand-created and shaped by me in London U.K.  For this reason, products may not look exactly the same as the images you see.

"What is your privacy Policy?"
Answer:
My work follows Health and Safety regulations at all times and has been assessed and certified by the Faculty Research Ethics and Governance Committee (FREGC). Before crafting one's memento, (particularly when dealing with placenta or ashes), I ask clients to complete a consent form. This ensures my work is ethically created and executed in an appropriate manner.
Clients prior to May 25 2018 Your consent forms have been scanned in and securely stored on a password protected file. Your document will be kept for 10 years before being permanently deleted. The original paper document has been incinerated
Clients post May 25 2018 You will be sent an electronic consent form which will be stored on a password protected file. Your document will be kept for 10 years before being permanently deleted.

"Can I post my love one's ashes?"
Answer:
According to the Royal Mail, it is not permitted to send ashes in the post however, at your own risk, it is possible. If you do not wish to send them via post please contact me and we can discuss an alternative option.

"I am worried about letting go of my loved ones ashes, is there something I can do instead?"
Answer:
My Memorial Collection is designed to be versatile. Your loved ones ashes do not have to be incorporated. You can have images and/or wording added to the surface. Then, in the comfort of your own home, you can add your loved ones ashes.

"I have had my placenta in the freezer for the last two years, is it still possible to have a Placenta Photo Frame made?"
Answer:
Of course, because your placenta is not being consumed this is not a problem.

"To make a Placenta Photo Frame do you need to use the whole placenta or can I use half of it for something else?"
Answer:
A Placenta Photo Frame can incorporate however much placenta you wish. Although anything less than a third is not sufficient for the desired effect seen in the images. For best results any amount equal to a half or more is preferred. Please message me for more details.

"Can I post my placenta?"
Answer:
No you can not post a raw placenta. However it is possible to post placenta pills. According to the Royal Mail, it is not permitted to send placenta pills in the post however, at your own risk it is possible. If you do not wish to send your placenta pills via post please contact me and we can discuss an alternative option.
